Spa Party Agreement
After submitting the form below, our front desk staff will work promptly to let you know when and how we can accommodate your requests. The host/hostess will be notified, as soon as possible, of which service(s) we can accommodate that were requested of the party guests, in a given time frame.
Deposit & Itinerary
After host/hostess confirms the service(s), front desk will request a non-refundable deposit for 50% of the service cost before booking. Once the deposit is received, the host/hostess will receive an itinerary of the guests and their services shortly after.
Cancellations & No Shows
Rosewater Spa & Wellness policies apply to parties as well. Please arrive to your appointment with time to spare, in the case you may have to fill out paperwork.
Rosewater Spa & Wellness offers complimentary beverages and snacks to clients. We do limit to one snack per client. Rosewater Spa & Wellness also offers wine. For groups with 3 – 7 guests, we allot 2 bottles of wine for the group. For groups of 7 – 10 guests, we allot 3 bottles of wine for the group. Please help yourself to any water, coffee and tea during your visit.
Want more snacks/drinks?
We are completely ok with our groups bringing in snacks/drinks of their own. We do ask that we be made aware ahead of time. A $25 cleaning fee will be charged if party space is not returned as found. **Alcoholic beverages are acceptable at moderation.
An 18% gratuity will automatically be added at the time of final payment.
We can not guarantee your scheduled appointment if you are more than 10 minutes late. If time permits, you may be offered an abbreviated appointment, but for the full price of the service scheduled.
