What hours is Rosewater open?

We are open Monday - Saturday.

 

Monday: 10am - 7pm

Tuesday: 10am - 7pm

Wednesday: 10am - 7pm

Thursday: 9am - 7pm

Friday: 10am - 7pm

Saturday: 9am - 4pm

Is Rosewater Handicap Accessible?

Rosewater is a two story building. While we do not have an elevator, we do have an upstairs and downstairs entrance. If you are concerned about going up/down stairs during your appointment, give us a call/text at 706-993-6404 and we can let you know where your appointment will be and where would be the best place for you to park at the time of your appointment.

How old must I be to schedule an appointment?

We accept clients of all ages! If you are 16-18 years old, we do require parental consent for you to receive the service. If you are below the age of 16, we do ask that a parent/guardian accompanies you to your appointment. Children under the age of 16 can be dropped off for an appointment without a guardian, per approval of the service provider. 

Is there anything I need to do before my appointment?

If you want to avoid filling out paperwork at the time of your appointment, you can visit our Forms page and print & fill out the appropriate intake form and bring it to your appointment with you.

May I bring my child to my appointment with me?

We ask that you please leave your children at home unless they are receiving a service as well. We strive to maintain a relaxing environment for all of our clients.

How early should I arrive to my appointment?

We ask that you please arrive 10 mins early to your first appointment in order to fill out any paperwork that may be needed. Any following visits we ask that you arrive about 5 mins early.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept cash, checks, and most credit/debit cards. We DO accept American Express! We do not accept any health savings cards.

What amenities does Rosewater offer?

We have an assortment of coffee and tea that any client can help themselves to, along with bottled water. We also offer complimentary wine and snacks per request!

Do I get a robe at my appointment?

While we want all of our clients to relax was much as possible, our robes are reserved for clients whom are receiving more that one service in a day. Unless you are receiving two or more services, you really don't have much time in a robe!
